  ○ Lubrication of moving parts as needed.
  ○ Checking and adjusting refrigerant levels (up to 1 lb of refrigerant included if needed only for R-410A and R-32 refrigerants. Other types cost extra due to supply constraints).
  ○ Testing and tightening electrical connections.
  ○ Cleaning of condensate drain line and pan.
  ○ Calibration of thermostat.
